Be Irish for the Day!

Well of course I would have a green cat something, something for St. Patrick’s Day! Well, why wouldn’t I? He (or she as the case may be) stays out all year long!

Mooch is stopping by to celebrate St. Patrick’s with us too.

It’s her favorite color! and I need to look for something green for myself for tomorrow too.

How do you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? however you do, hope its just a great day. With the weather being as beautiful as it has been here lately, how could it not be a wonderful day?! I am startiing my celebrating early this morning as I meet some friends at The Cottage for breakfast!

and until next time…keep on stitching

About Vicky

Needlepoint, morning noon and evening! what could be better than this? I work on the computer in the daylight hours editing stitch guides and drawing stitches that you will see in the next Needlepoint Now for your stitching pleasure! In between this, there is time for taking pictures of my stitching adventures, Facebook and writing stitch guides for canvas that I am stitching for Needle Deeva, Maggie, Ruth Schmuff and others. Mostly needlepoint you ask? well we will talk about my cats Sylvester and AlleyCat, better known as "the brat". Of course I can't forget Felix who was the love of my life for over 14 years. He broke my heart as he departed for the Rainbow Bridge last year. Oh did I mention baseball?

  1. San Francisco always has a huge St Patrick’s Day parade. This year, it occurred this past Saturday. I couldn’t go watch this year, but have been immersed amidst the green in years past. Enjoy your Cottage Breakfast. Do your kitties wear collars? Mine doesn’t, otherwise I’d change it out for every occasion!
