you’d seen all the new stuff from the Winter Market…guess what? well I do have some more up my sleeve yet! I was organizing some of my pictures and well… you know look what I found?

A few new canvases by Danji Designs. Aren’t these wonderful? I myself would love to stitch these swans. Someday when I have lots of time! ooh please don’t laugh…

I am sure by now you have seen these 2 Melissa Shirley Canvases…

My favorites of her new ones are these two…

A new stocking cuff by Kelly Clark, Forest & Cranberry Cuff. I could see this done with lots and lots of beads!

Or how about a new Halloweenie? Meet Ratt Z. Witch or

Grimm. Pretty spooky looking these 2!

What about Raggedy Ann and Andy from Sew Much Fun?

Look at this from Sundance, beads and sequins and Sparkles…oh my! This would make a great project for your ANG Guild. See we are lucky here as we have Cassie, owner of Sundance and designer of this “Dazzling Delights” who lives here in town to teach us!

I have been getting the spring cleaning bug as I straighten, organize and really work on my stash closet and my bedroom. Yesterday was a day of much needed running errands and driving all around town…but with the beautiful weather that we have been having, it was great being outside. Today is a serious work day as I absolutely have to, well to me I absolutely have to, finish the stitch guide for Raymond for the Trick or Treat piece. After several comments on Facebook the other day, I am thinking that I want to redo a few of the charts, well make them just a little better. Then I have some new threads to try out and review for Needlepoint Now. A tough job, but someone has to do it!

In between this, there is time for taking pictures of my stitching adventures, Facebook and writing stitch guides for canvas that I am stitching for Needle Deeva, Maggie, Ruth Schmuff and others. Mostly needlepoint you ask? well we will talk about my cats Sylvester and AlleyCat, better known as "the brat". Of course I can't forget Felix who was the love of my life for over 14 years. He broke my heart as he departed for the Rainbow Bridge last year. Oh did I mention baseball?

  1. I have to laugh – it looks like Alley Cat is keeping an eye on you so you won’t leave again. She is so funny.
    I have those 2 swans from Danji and, as you, wish some day I’ll have time to stitch them. I also love the first canvas on the page especially considering I just came back from the tropics – and 98 degrees
    Tell the children their biggest fan is back 🙂
