how did these pawprints get here AlleyCat?
Now that I have your attention… would you rather me continue with the London trip or not? or go straight to what I saw at market? I don’t want to bore you with the mundane activities that I enjoyed so much while in London! The reason why I’m asking is… excpet for Joanne, there were really no comments which is very discouraging. It’s a lot of work and if it’s not want you to want to see, well I won’t bother!
It’s really, really, really hot here today, so I’m just chilling with my fan working on stitch guides. Did I say really hot?
Oh, please do tell us more!
I will! I will!
I enjoy all that you share. England looked great. I missed your posts when you were too busy a couple of months back. Thank you for the posts.
Thank you!
More of your travel then TNNA. Was wondering what happened to the next trip installment.
Gary
I was in Washington DC for the TNNA trade show… I’ll be back in day or 2!
Love reading your blog on any subject but particularly enjoying your UK safari. I am sure you and Elizabeth and the others had a great time. If I hadn’t visited most of the places on the itinerary I would have considered signing up.
We had a great time and look forward to going back.
I’m enjoying hearing about your trip!
Thanks Anne!
I would love to see your London trip. It has been many years since I went to Hampton Court and visited the RSN. We can all live vicariously through your blog!
I enjoy all your entries.
Thanks so much!
I was loving the London trip photos. But I tend to be just a “lurker”, not commenting much. You should do what makes you happy and only that! I will enjoy the goodies fronTNNA too, I’m sure.
I have a blog that I am certain nobody but my hubby and a bunch of spammers read. However, I’ve found I really enjoy going back through it and it is much like a scrapbook for me. So while I post infrequently, I keep doing it for just that purpose – me!!! Thanks for whatever you care to share
yes there are probably 8-10 more days of London! Thank you
i love your comments about england. i lived in and around london for four years in the 80’s and that was the first place i used a different canvas stitch other than cross or half cross.
Yeah keep it up.
Thank you!
I loved your posts about your trip, and would appreciate more. However, I do realize it’s a lot of work (and we all know you have way too much work to do), so proceed with your choice. I’d love to read about your trip, but I’d also love to see TNNA through your eyes.
Thanks Wendy…well eventually both!
I’m good with either, I just enjoy reading your blog and glad to see you’re posting 🙂 Market is always fun to see what’s new and what is going to tempting. But I love my trip to England and our few days in London too.
Thanks Sandy!
I’m interested in your trip! I reed through Feedly so I don’t often comment (sorry) but I am always interested!
well at least I know now that you are all interested!
Oh and I should say that I volunteer for the RSN one day a week (I use the stairs at the other end of the building!) so I am very interested to see how you enjoyed your visit.
Ooh how fabulous! If I lived close enough, I would volunteer too! I loved my visit…albeit too short and sweet and I hope to go back again.
I loved the England photos and stories. Took me back to my honeymoon visit a lot of years ago. The projects and sights are amazing! Wish I could attend – what an amazing life experience. You’ve experienced things most of us will never have the opportunity to see or do. Continue to share so you continue to relive and remember it and we can live vicariously through you.
Thank you Debby!
I enjoyed seeing your trip pictures, but I also enjoy seeing what was at market. There were not so many pictures on Facebook this time. Whichever you would like to share will be appreciated by all of us. We love hearing from you and miss you when you are gone. Thanks for all your efforts!
I posted a LOT from market on Facebook… search under my name, #TNNASHOW or Needle Nook of La Jolla! It was a very small show and maybe that’s why there isn’t that many pictures!
I would love to see your London photos and read about your adventures there. I know many want timely info about TNNA, so I can wait. Thanks.
Thanks Brenda!
Why can’t we have both?
well you will eventually! Time is what I need more of!
While I like the tour report, I’d prefer you share what you saw at market and your favorite canvases. Also, it seems to me that more new canvases have stitch guides available immediately. Is this a trend or am I just focusing on a few designers? Thank you.
I think that the new canvases with guides available so quickly is that the canvas designer is contacting stitchers way ahead of time to see i fthey would sticth this or that? Some canvas designers are probably working on designs now for the January 2017 market!
Definitely England and then TNNA, but you knew I’d say that
yes Joanne I knew that you would say that! Yeah!
I’ve been quietly enjoying your UK adventures, Vicky – and I’m sure I’m not alone. The pictures are exciting, and it’s a privilege to share the fun, seeing as how most folks will never be lucky enough to do what you just did.
Clearly it is a labour of love! But we do love you back. On the other hand, it must take a large chomp out of your already busy day … I know! Think of your blog posts as a travel diary!
Or don’t. We’ll forgive you if it all gets too much. Nobody’s days are long enough.
Thanks so much for your note of encouragement!
I miss you when you don’t post. I always learn something. But I only comment when I have something to say.
Do what makes you happy.
Thanks!
Many of us have read your posts about the trip but didn’t comment. I know I am guilty of that. I am enjoying seeing your pics and hearing about it!
xoxoxo,,thanks for asking however.
well I am not looking for a comment every time and from everybody… but when I was going days with nothing…I was thinking that I was boring everybody!
You are never ever boring everybody. How could you ever think that? What ever you write about is fine with me. I check for it every day, and feel as if I have been given a treat when you post a comment.
Vicky, I enjoy your blog every time you write it. Please continue with whatever you choose.
Thank you!
