How Could I?

Have forgotten that it was Hug Your Cat day the other day!? I sure hope that the kids forgive me!

AlleyCat doesn’t really like to be hugged…she is like a little kid that pushes you away with her paws. She is very loveable, but solely on her own terms. Now Sylvester is a different story!

Very short and sweet today as I up against some serious deadlines, the house is a mess, the plants need to be watered and I still haven’t totally unpacked yet! so I will see you in a few days.

and until next time…keep on stitching

About Vicky

Needlepoint, morning noon and evening! what could be better than this? I work on the computer in the daylight hours editing stitch guides and drawing stitches that you will see in the next Needlepoint Now for your stitching pleasure! In between this, there is time for taking pictures of my stitching adventures, Facebook and writing stitch guides for canvas that I am stitching for Needle Deeva, Maggie, Ruth Schmuff and others. Mostly needlepoint you ask? well we will talk about my cats Sylvester and AlleyCat, better known as "the brat". Of course I can't forget Felix who was the love of my life for over 14 years. He broke my heart as he departed for the Rainbow Bridge last year. Oh did I mention baseball?

  1. I love how you keep up with these holidays, Vicky! I hug my Sienna all the time, and she sometimes hugs back! One step at a time, and you’ll get it all done. I finally finished cleaning out my closet….took about a week, but I was rewarded with one empty drawer and one empty shelf! I donated two 50-gallon plastic bags of clothes to the Senior Center thrift shop. Yay!
